1 . Descriptions:
The fabric 100% polyester cotton-feel taslon fabric . It is also a kind of T400 fabric.Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is 75D+85D*50D+75D T400. It has good dyeing effect and comfortable touch . It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do just PD with this fabric. And we can do other finishing process like coating ,membrance cire or bonding as your requirements.

3 . feature:
The fabric has a plain and flat grain change structure (small jacquard) and 2/2 twill. There are nylon taslon and polyester taslon. The raw material of one direction of warp and weft is air-changing wire (nylon air-changing wire or polyester air-changing wire).
Strictly speaking, it is an "air-deformed silk". In the general weft direction of the fabric, Taslon is used to form a latitude and coarse-grain style. This fabric becomes Taslon. Of course, both nylon and polyester are called Nylon Taslon and polyester Taslon.
4. About T400:
T400 is a new type of elastic fiber with great application value:
a. The T400 will be used as an add-on to the existing Lycra line for stretch fabrics and apparel.
b. The T400 eliminates the need for intermediate processing steps (core yarn, covered yarn and textured yarn) to increase the efficiency of elastic fabric production. There are other aspects that can reduce the number of process steps and reduce the cost of fabric, ie garment production.
c. Application target: Used in combination with low heat setting fibers (such as cotton); making polyester and cotton/wool/denim polyester components elastic. Increase the softness of polyester-containing fabrics and enhance their appearance. Used in elastic fabric structures (such as lightweight fabrics) that are not achievable with elastic fibers. Weaving self-woven sew-sewed fabric with a smooth feel of filaments.
Adding T400 to the existing fabric structure or improving the fabric structure and processing technology can make the T400 fully utilized.
