1 . Descriptions:
 
The fabric is a kind of polyester high stretch outdoor fabric  . Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is (75+75)+150D*(75+75)+150D. It belongs to two-tone cationic fabrics. It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do PD+WR+Coating ,so this fabric is waterproof and stiffening.
 
According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

3 . About Cationic Fabric:
 
The cationic fabric is a polyester fabric. Generally, the cationic yarn is used in the warp direction, and the ordinary polyester yarn is used in the weft direction. Sometimes, in order to achieve a better imitation effect, the polyester and the cationic two-component fiber are blended, and when dyeing, The dye is used separately, the ordinary dye is used for the polyester yarn, and the cationic dye is used for the cationic yarn, and the cloth surface effect has a two-color effect.
 
The fabric is slackened – refined – alkali reduced – dyed (dispersive dyes, cationic dyes) – soft set. The fabric has soft handfeel, is not easy to fade, and is resistant to wrinkles and abrasion.
 
4. Characteristics of cationic fabric:
 
Fabrics woven from cationic modified fibers have the following properties when dyed with cationic dyes:
1. Bright color, good deep color;
2. High absorption rate (high dyeing rate);
3. Good fastness to sunlight and fading color of smoke;
4. Good dye compatibility when color matching dyeing;
5. Good stability in high-temperature dyeing bath;
6. Less contamination to other fibers, including ordinary polyester fibers;
7. The diffusion rate to the inside of the fiber is fast and there is no ring dyeing;
8. Dye stability is high when pH value changes in dyeing bath. Fabrics can be compared with natural fabrics in terms of wearing comfort and bright color, and lower in price than natural silk, which can generate high added value.
 
5. Differences of Coating Methods:
 
1.PA coating, also known as AC adhesive coating, or acrylic coating, is the most common coating at present . Which can increase the feel of hand, prevent wind and have drape feeling.
 
2. PU coating, called polyurethane coating also, after the coating, the fabric feels plump, elastic and film on the surface.
 
3. Down-proof coating, which can prevent down from running down after application . This coating is suitable for making down clothing fabric. But now we also call any PA coating with water pressure requirements in the coating down-proof coating.
