1 . Descriptions:

We want lightweight winter coat for comfortable. But we also want some different . Then this nylon fabric will be suitable.The fabric is 100% 400T nylon fabric .Its density is 20D*20D . And it is different from other normal nylon fabric because of the black bright fiber in its weft weavingf. We finish it with dyed and ciring .So the fabric is waterproof and dwnproof .The fabric has soft handfeel .There is a wide application in our life with this kind of fabric  in lightweight down jacket .

• Lightweight. As the weight of this fabric is only 38gsm, so when you wear garments making with this king of fabric, there is like just a piece of fabric. 
• Good down proof effect. With our finishing of ciring, this fabric has good downproof effect. The number of down that come out from this fabric will less than 15 in the test.
• Two-tone look on the surface. Because of the different material, this fabric will show a two-tone look on the surface. So this fabric will be more attractive than the normal Fabrics.

This fabric is soft and smooth, and also be downproof and waterproof. So it is usually used in some lightweight down jacket in the winter. It is suitable for men ,women and also kids garments. You will have wonderful wear experience with this fabric.

5 .About Ciring:

The ciring process is mainly related to the temperature , the speed and the pressure when ciring. Generally speaking, you need a better ciring effect,it needs the higher temperature, the slower speed and the greater the pressure. But if the temperature exceeds the bearing range of the material . The fabric will be brittle and hard.

And if the ciring temperature is high after dyeing, the color will run off. So the color is difficult to control, especially for polyester fabric. Polyester fabric can withstand higher temperatures than nylon fabric , because the melting point of polyester is 255-260 ° C, nylon fabric is 215 ° C.
