1 . Descriptions:
This fabric is using the recycled fiber . Its content is 92% recycled polyester and 8% spandex. It is about 115gsm and the width is about 145cm. Because of its super stretch, we usually call it 4 way stretch fabric. This fabric is suitable to producing shorts ,pants and many different kinds of garments.
Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like cire ,bonding or tricot. After this , it can be made waterproof and windproof . This fabric is always used to product winter wear ,sports wear and etc.

3 .About RPET Fabric:
The degree of damage caused by industrial manufacturing to the environment has caused a great impact on everyone's daily life and personal health, as well as the living environment of marine life.
In order to prevent waste from being buried in landfills, to be recycled on the earth, and to reduce over-exploitation of energy, all mankind is advocating the use of recycled materials, especially the younger generation who are more environmentally conscious and prefer environmentally friendly products for shopping and consumption.
RPET fabrics is a new type of Recycled fabrics, the full name is Recycled PET Fabric (Recycled polyester fabrics), their raw materials is from Recycled plastic bottles after the product checking ,separation ,section , reel off raw silk from cocoons, cooling and RPET yarn, and it is commonly known as coke bottle green cloth.
The fabric can be recycled, saving energy, oil consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Each pound of recycled RPET fabric can save 61,000 BTU of energy, equivalent to 21 pounds of carbon dioxide. The fabric can also be tested by MTL, SGS, ITS and other international standards after environmental dyeing, environmental coating and calendering. Among them, phthalates (6P), formaldehyde, lead (Pb), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, nonylophen and other environmental indicators all meet the latest European environmental standards and the latest American environmental standards.
